Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems
SS304 is the range's working material — pipework, flanges and mufflers, in brushed, polished and coated finishes.
Stainless steel — SS304 — is the standard material of the range: the same grade used for pipework and for flanges, across manifolds, downpipes, mid-pipes and catback systems. A stainless program is the default specification for most wholesale and private-label orders, with titanium reserved for the programs that specify it.

One Grade, End to End
Using SS304 for the flanges as well as the pipes is a deliberate specification: the flange is the joint face of the system, and a flange in the same grade as the pipe welds cleanly, machines cleanly and weathers with the part. Manifold flanges are billet SS304, milled to the port profile; downpipe and system flanges are machined flat after welding.
The grade runs through every family: steam-pipe turbo manifolds, catted and catless downpipes, valved and unvalved catbacks, and the rear sections of the axle-back range. A program can therefore be specified in one material from the head to the tailpipe.
Finishes on Stainless
Brushed is the working finish; mirror polish is the display finish; ceramic coating is the heat-management finish, used most on manifolds and downpipes. Vacuum ion plating appears on tips and trim. Finishes are applied in-house and are part of the order specification, so a sample carries the finish the bulk order will carry.

Stainless or Titanium for a Program
The honest summary is that stainless is the default and titanium is the specification upgrade, and the comparison page works through the decision properly — construction, finish, care and program fit — for buyers setting a material policy across a range rather than choosing per part.
