Performance Exhaust Systems

Full Exhaust Systems

The whole line in one order: front section, mid-pipe and rear section, fixtured to the same vehicle data.

A full exhaust system is the range ordered as a single program: the front section — manifold or downpipe — the mid-pipe, and the catback or axle-back rear section, all built to the same vehicle's data and checked as a set. Buyers specify full systems when a car is being built in one pass, or when a brand wants a complete, matched line for one application rather than sections sourced separately.

The catalogue's full-system record includes the complete system for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and a titanium Y-pipe for the Nissan GT-R R35 within a system program. Most full systems are assembled from the family's sections for the application in question.

What a Full-System Order Contains

The contents are the sections of the car in question: for a turbo application, downpipe, mid-pipe and rear section; for a naturally aspirated application, headers where the program includes them, mid-pipe and rear section. Valves, tips and finishes are specified once, for the whole set, so the system reads as one product when it is installed.

Because the sections are checked together on the fixture before packing, joint alignment across the set is a workshop fact rather than an installer's problem — the reason full systems are ordered as programs instead of basket orders.

Documented Full Systems

The Aventador SVJ system is the catalogue's complete-system example: a full line for the 6.5 V12 flagship, built as one program. The GT-R R35 titanium Y-pipe sits in the catalogue as a system component for that application. Other applications are assembled from production sections where they exist, and the reply separates production sections from developed ones section by section.

Specifying a Full-System Program

Send the vehicle and engine, the material, the valve specification, and the branding requirements if the program is private label. The reply maps your application onto the production sections, names anything that must be developed, and quotes the program as a set.

Ask about full exhaust systems for your vehicle

Send your vehicle, engine and model year. The full exhaust systems options that fit are confirmed first, then quoted with finishes and hardware.
