Custom exhaust systems are the range's families made to a customer's evidence: a manifold developed from your sample, a downpipe built to your data, a catback produced on-car for a vehicle the standing range does not cover. The custom route is not a separate workshop — it is the same design, fixture, welding and inspection sequence, entered with your evidence instead of the standing catalogue's.

Custom Work by Family
Custom manifolds and headers are developed against the engine's port layout and the space the bay offers. Custom downpipes follow your application's routing with the variant — catted, catless, titanium — specified by your program. Custom catbacks are where tip design and valve specification usually lead: a system whose visible and audible character is the program's own.
Each family's custom work starts at the same place: the classification reply, which states whether your application is production-adjacent (a fixture adaptation) or a full development, and which route it takes.

The Development Routes, Briefly
Send a sample and it is scanned and replicated. Send drawings or 3D data and the part is engineered from the data. Supply the car and development happens on it. The development guide describes each route, the shared sequence behind them, and the approval stage every custom job passes before production.
Confidentiality and Exclusivity
Customer designs are confidential: samples and data supplied for a program are used for that program. Non-disclosure cover is available, and exclusivity requirements should be stated at inquiry so the arrangement is in place before anything moves. Logo engraving, custom tips and packaging for custom programs run under the OEM and ODM arrangements.
