The intake-side counterpart to the exhaust range: cast and billet manifolds, with fuel-rail kits on the documented applications.
Intake manifolds are the smallest family in the range and the one most buyers arrive at from the exhaust side: an engine program that changes the turbo and the downpipe usually revisits the intake manifold as well. The family covers cast and billet aluminium manifolds, including billet manifolds supplied with fuel-rail kits, for a short list of documented applications.
The documented applications are specific: a 90 mm intake manifold with fuel rail and throttle body for the Nissan TB48; a billet intake manifold for the GT-R R35; mirror-polished billet manifolds for the Audi A3 and S3 on the EA888 Gen 3 and the Golf MK7 2.0; and 1.8T 70 mm left-facing fuel-rail kits for the MK4 Jetta, Golf GTI and Beetle. The family is deliberately narrow — a small set of exact applications — and its machined line is the billet range.

Billet Intake Manifolds
The billet line is machined from aluminium billet and supplied, on the documented applications, with a fuel-rail kit: manifold, rail and the fittings the kit is listed with. The EA888 application is the worked example in the range and has its own detail page; the 1.8T kit is the other documented fuel-rail application, in a 70 mm left-facing layout.
Billet construction suits this family because the applications are low-volume and exact: the plenum and runner geometry for one engine, machined rather than cast, with the throttle flange sized to the application — 90 mm on the TB48 manifold.
Applications and Fitment
Fitment in this family is application-specific in a way the exhaust families are not: an intake manifold matches one engine's port layout, throttle position and rail arrangement. The applications above are the production record. Adjacent engines are development work, quoted as such, and the inquiry reply separates the two without blurring them.
Order with the engine code and, for rail kits, the injector and throttle specification you are building to. The reply confirms the manifold and the rail contents for that specification before quoting.
