Performance Exhaust Systems

About Torvane

A factory-direct exhaust manufacturer: one workshop designs, bends, welds and checks every system it ships.

Torvane manufactures aftermarket and performance exhaust systems and sells them factory-direct to brands, wholesalers and tuning shops. There is no trading layer between the order and the workshop: the team that confirms your fitment list is the team that schedules the bending, welding and inspection of the parts on it.

What the Workshop Makes

The range covers the full exhaust path and the induction parts that pair with it: exhaust manifolds and headers, downpipes and mid-pipes in catted, catless and titanium variants, catback and axle-back systems with or without valves, charge pipe and boost pipe kits, turbo inlet pipes, and intake manifolds. Intercoolers and full exhaust systems round out the order book.

Two materials run through the range: SS304 stainless steel, used for pipework and flanges alike, and titanium, including a hybrid construction that combines titanium pipework with carbon-fibre trim on catback systems.

Development From a Sample, From Data, or From the Car

New parts are developed three ways. A sample can be sent for replication: it is scanned, measured and rebuilt to the same fitment. Drawings or 3D data can be sent instead, and the part is engineered from the data. Or the vehicle itself can be supplied for on-car development, where the prototype is fitted and adjusted on the car before release.

Whichever route starts the job, the middle is the same: 3D scanning and CAD design, laser-cut and CNC-machined fixtures, a welded prototype, dimensional and leak checks, and a fitment trial. Customer designs stay confidential, and non-disclosure cover is available for exclusive programs.

How Production Runs

Pipe is cut by laser and bent on CNC mandrel benders. Flanges are machined to the port profile of the engine they serve. Welding is TIG, carried out on fixtures that hold the part in its installed geometry, so the hundredth system matches the first. Finishing — brushed, mirror polished, burnt blue, vacuum ion plating or ceramic coating — happens in-house.

Before packing, systems go through the checks the workshop runs on its own production: dimensional inspection against the fixture, weld testing, a smoke and leak test, and in-car fitment checks on development vehicles.

Who We Supply

The customers are businesses: exhaust brands running private label programs, wholesalers stocking by fitment for their market, and tuning shops ordering systems for the cars they build. Supply runs to brands and wholesalers in North America and Europe, and every program starts the same way — with a fitment list that the workshop confirms against current production.

Ordering and Samples

Sample orders are welcome: order a single system or part to check fitment and finish on your own vehicle before committing a program. For OEM and ODM work, logo engraving and laser etching, custom tip designs and packaging specifications are agreed at quotation, so the sample you approve is the product that ships in bulk.
