Performance Exhaust Systems
Catback Exhaust Systems
Complete rear sections in three constructions: SS304, titanium, and carbon-titanium hybrid, with valves where the order calls for them.
A catback system replaces everything from the catalytic section back: mid-pipe, mufflers, tips and the hangers that hold them. It is the most visible and most audible part of the exhaust, which is why this family carries the widest choice of construction and finish in the range: SS304 for the working standard, titanium where weight and heat colour are the point, and a hybrid that pairs titanium pipework with carbon-fibre trim.
Coverage runs across the European performance lines the range is built for — Audi and Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, McLaren, Ferrari and Lamborghini among them. Each system is developed on its vehicle's data, welded on a fixture, and checked in place before it is released, so the system that arrives is the system that was fitted during development.

Valved and Unvalved Systems
Valved catbacks carry electronic or vacuum-controlled valves in the muffler section. Closed, the exhaust runs through the full muffler path; open, it takes the freer route, and the driver switches between the two from the cabin. The valve hardware is part of the system as delivered, tested on the bench before packing — the bench check is photographed on a titanium section.
Unvalved systems keep one fixed path and the simplest possible construction. Which suits a program depends on the cars the system is sold for; the two valve types, and what changes between them, are set out with the valved systems.

Axle-Back Systems: The Rear Section Only
An axle-back system replaces only the rear muffler section, from the rear axle back. It is the shorter job and the lighter order: fewer parts, the same materials and finishes, and the same tip program. The two system types are compared directly — what each replaces, what each includes, and how a buyer chooses between them.
Tips, Finishes and Branding
Tips are made in-house, which is why the tip program is part of the system order rather than an accessory list: carbon fibre tips, burnt blue titanium, and polished stainless are the standing designs, and custom tip designs are produced for OEM and ODM programs. Finishes across the system are brushed, mirror polished, burnt blue and vacuum ion plating.
For private-label programs, your logo is engraved or laser etched onto the system at production. The sample you approve carries the branding the bulk order will carry, so approval covers the finished article, not a drawing of it.

Documented Systems in the Range
The order book shows the family's spread: an SS304 catback for the BMW M3 E46 with blue tips; a 3.0-inch SS304 valved catback for the Volkswagen Golf MK7 R; titanium catbacks for the Lamborghini Huracán line; a catback for the Ferrari 812 Superfast. The Golf MK7 system is the family's worked example: one complete system with its fixture, valve and tip details set out in full.
